almond and cashew cheese

Raw almond brownie






Ingredients:
1. 3/4 C raw almonds; 2. 2 table spoons sesame seeds; 3. 1,5 C pitted dates; 4. 1/4 C raw cacao powder; 5. 1/2 C strawberries.



Preparation time: 20-25 minutes, makes 4 servings
Recipe:
1. Soak almonds in warm water over night;
2. Process almonds in food processor, combine with pitted dates and process again;
4. Combine this mixture with sesame seeds and cacao powder. Mix it well by your hand;
5. Shape this mixture into a bar. Refrigerate for 1 hour, cut this bar into 1" thick slices. Use strawberries for decoration. Bon appetit!

Chocolate hearts with blackberry

Ingredients:
1. 1/2 C shredded coconut; 2. 3/4 C pitted dates; 3. 1/4-1/3 C cacao; 4. 1 table spoon of sesame seeds; 5. 1 tea spoon of coconut oil; 6. 1/2 C blackberry; 7. 1/4 C sunflower seeds or cashews; 7. 1 tea spoon of honey.


Preparation time: 35-40 minutes (plus 1 hour to freeze cookies), makes 2 servings
Recipe:
1. Process shredded coconut in food processor, add cocoa and sesame seeds and process again.
2. Add pitted dates and coconut oil, and process again.
3. Line shapes with plastic and put mixture into shapes.
4. Freeze cookies for 1 hour.
5. To make blackberry cream process seeds or cashews in food processor or blender, add honey and berries and process again.
6. Frost cookies with blackberry cream. Enjoy!

grape icecream


read recipe of blackberry icecream. in this case i used grapes istead of blackberries.

Ingredients:
1. 1-2 bananas; 2. 1/2 C cashews; 3. 1/2 C pitted dates; 4. 1 tea spoon of orange zest.


Preparation time: 15-20 minutes (plus 1-2 days to dry bananas), makes 2 servings
Recipe:
1. Cut bananas across into thin slices (about 1/10" thick). Dry banana in the sun (if the weather is appropriate), or dry them in dehydrator. Do not dehydrate them too much, banana slices should be sticky and flexible.
2. Process cashews, pitted dates and orange zest in food processor.
3. Shape this mixture into 1" balls. Cover each ball by dehydrated banana slices (as by scales).
